| 22 April 2008 Mayor Artan Shkembi presenting one of the two private schools he has built in his city. In recognition of his achievement in the field of education, the Mayor was invited by Maharishi to be in charge of the construction of the MCUE campus for 2,500 students that is planned for a beautiful site overlooking Lake Prespa in Albania. |
